Dear Friends of Daniel Ellsberg,
We are thrilled to announce that tomorrow night, Tues 10/5, the
Academy-Award-nominated documentary about Daniel, "The Most Dangerous Man
in America," will be premiering on national television, on PBS, at 9pm in
your time zone.
You can find out more, and find listings,
on
the PBS site here. The documentary will be followed immediately
by a special half-hour discussion with Daniel Ellsberg, Max Frankel and members
of The New York Times on the impact of the Pentagon Papers today.
You will also be able to watch the movie in its entirety for free online
via the above link, between Oct 6-Oct 27th.
With the news surrounding WikiLeaks, Bradley Manning, and Julian Assange,
this has been an exciting and extremely busy several months for Daniel. The
media has rediscovered the continuing relevance of Daniel and the Pentagon
Papers in an age in which whistleblowing and secrecy are daily front-page
news.
Daniel has been interviewed live on Larry King, and featured in the Wall
Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, and USA Today. You can find
these interviews posts by scrolling through the blog on
Ellsberg.Net
Thank you for your continued support of Daniel. If you haven't seen the
documentary yet, you're really missing out, it's incredibly moving. Don't
miss the opportunity to see it on PBS tomorrow night!
With best wishes,
--Michael Ellsberg
